• Keep your vehicle clean and well maintained
• Be on time every time, be reliable & dependable
• Act and look professional, respond quickly
• Always wear the Apple Courier Badge when making a pick-up or delivery for Apple Courier
• Follow dispatcher instructions
• Keep the dispatcher informed
• Never use coarse language
• Update the system immediately with order status for pickup and delivery
• Always keep packages secure in your bin
• Keep your manifest clean and properly completed, submit it daily
• With the client and/or consignee, always be nice, concise, and precise
